Recently while shopping, I came across a product that had a label that says 'New & Improved'. While it is pretty obvious that the company wants consumer to think that their products are better, I can't help but wonder what it means.
If the product is 'New' which means that the company is selling it for the first time, how can it be an 'improved' product? And if the product has really been 'improved' from it's previous version, then it cannnot be 'new' right?
What do you think?

kinda' strange...
ReplyDeleteIt's he beginning of the year. So everything is going to be new and for the older things, they will improve it.
ReplyDeleteer, i think the reason is that maybe they have added some new formula into the item and thus, the quality of it has improved. (:
ReplyDeletethey may have removed the old items and replaced it with what they call their "new and improved" formula.
most probably they do it to attract customers to their shops. worst come to worst, the formula inside may not even change at all.
the letterings is just to "lure" more customers to their stalls to buy their products.
hey guys, no copycats and copypigs here okok?

ReplyDeleteIt can be a new product, and then be improved,
ReplyDeletee.g. a green tea is new, and it is improved by putting other ingredients ?
so its not new at all its just improved!
ReplyDeleteIts new or improved
ReplyDeleteIt can't be both new and improved at the same time! So,which one is it?I'm confused!!!
